An exhibition curated by Denise Speck and the Original Trinitario Cocoa Education Foundation (OTC) to indulge in the story and diversity of Original Trinitario Cocoa flavors and the people behind the process.

The exhibition 'a Story behind Trinitario' is centred around the perspectives captured Denise Speck about the cluster members of the OTC in Trinidad & Tobago. The authentic narratives aim to foster awareness about the present social, environmental, and economic challenges of Trinitario Cocoa in Trinidad & Tobago and offers the farmers' and processors' unique opportunities to revive Trinitario Cocoa and protect its cultural legacy.

"A Story of Trinitario" offers a rich cocoa experience: see photographs, listen to human stories, make connections to the origin of Original Trinitario Cocoa, watch the trailer of the short film 'Trinitario - on the edge" by Denise Speck and Oliver Milne, feel cocoa pods, and taste artisan, tree-to-bar chocolate products from OTC members.
